Yes was one of the first Prog bands to resonate with the Squatch more than 30 years ago, and as a bass player and backing vocalist himself, the Squatch always admired the phenomenal talents of Chris Squire. When Chris passed Tony knew he had to do something in tribute. So he gives you Episode 227, with a montage of some of his favorite Yes music (with Chris prominently featured) as well as music from all of Chris's solo albums and collaborations over the years.Playlist:1. Montage of some of Chris's best moments with Yes2. You By My Side (from Chris Squire's 1975 album “Fish Out Of Water”)3. Days Of Wonder (from Conspiracy's 2000 album “Conspiracy”) 4. Breaking Down Walls/Some Time, Some Way (from the Syn's 2005 album “Syndestructible”)5. Tall Ships (from Squackett's 2012 album “A Life Within A Day”)6. Amazing Grace/Whitefish (from Yes's 1985 album “9012Live - The Solos”)As always, send questions, suggestions or comments to progsquatch@gmail.com. Terry's back this week, and he and the Squatch begin things with a look at a heavy Prog band called Soul Secret from Italy! We get to hear music from their latest two albums, and some interview material from keyboardist Luca Di Gennaro! Next up, Terry gets his geek on as the guys cover one of his first and all-time favorite Prog bands, the legendary Marillion! Their coverage starts at the beginning of the Steve Hogarth era, but don't worry, I'm sure there will be some Fish era material played at some point on Prog-Watch (both eras are SO good)!
